Savage Arms Axis 2 XP Combo 308 Win 22" 4-Round Bolt-Action Rifle with 3-9x40mm Scope, Flat Dark Earth

The Savage Arms Axis 2 XP Combo is a right-handed, bolt-action rifle chambered in .308 Winchester, sold as a bundle with a factory-mounted 3-9x40mm scope. It is built on the Remington 700 platform and is intended for game hunting and long-range practice.

The rifle has a 22-inch sporter barrel of carbon steel with a matte black finish and a 1:10 twist rate for stable flight across a range of bullet weights. The Savage AccuTrigger is adjustable between 2.5 and 6 pounds. The factory-mounted scope is bore-sighted at the factory. The rifle holds 4 rounds in a fixed synthetic stock finished in Flat Dark Earth.

The overall length is 42.5 inches with a 13.75-inch length of pull, and the rifle weighs 7.7 pounds. It has no iron sights, so the included scope serves as the primary sighting system.
