Savage Axis 2 XP 350 Legend 18" Left Hand Bolt Rifle with 3-9x40 Scope

Savage Axis 2 XP Features The Savage Axis 2 XP is built around a redesigned receiver and bolt with improved ergonomics that make cycling faster and more comfortable under field conditions. The detachable box magazine feeds reliably from its 4-round capacity and thread-in headspacing tightens tolerances for consistent repeatable accuracy shot after shot. A button-rifled free-floating barrel with a 1:16 twist stabilizes 350 Legend loads for dependable terminal performance on deer-sized game. The steel receiver is drilled and tapped and fitted with a Weaver-pattern scope base and the included rings mean the factory-mounted 3-9x40 scope arrives already boresighted and ready to hunt. The rugged synthetic stock adds enhanced texturing and ambidextrous palm swells for a secure confident grip in rain or cold weather while a recoil pad tames the felt recoil of the 350 Legend cartridge. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets shooters dial in a crisp personalized trigger break without a gunsmith visit and a two-position safety keeps operation simple in the field. A sling attachment point accepts standard swivels for comfortable carry between stands and the steel trigger guard adds durability for years of hard hunting use. Left-hand shooters finally get the same tack-driving accuracy and value that right-handed Axis 2 owners have come to expect.
