Description
The Savage Arms Axis 2 Compact Youth Left Hand is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, designed for hunters and shooters who need a shorter, lighter rifle for left-handed use. Its matte green finish and carbon steel construction are suited to field conditions.
The rifle has a 20-inch barrel and an overall length of 39.5 inches, and weighs 6.4 pounds. It holds 4 rounds and is supplied without sights, so an optic or iron sights must be mounted separately. The action is bolt-action with a user-adjustable AccuTrigger and thread-in headspacing. The stock has textured grip areas and the bolt handle has an ergonomic design intended to improve control in rain or cold weather.
This model is listed as a left-hand, compact youth configuration in the Axis 2 line.
