Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro 6mm Creedmoor 20" Bottomlands Camo Left-Hand Bolt Action Rifle

Savage Axis 2 Pro Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro is built around a spiral fluted thread in headspaced barrel finished in black Cerakote over carbon steel reducing weight at the muzzle while standing up to weather and field use. The 1:7.5 twist rate is tuned to stabilize the longer heavier bullets typical of the 6mm Creedmoor cartridge helping deliver flatter trajectories and tighter groups at distance. A one piece Picatinny rail is machined into the top of the receiver giving a solid repeatable mounting surface for a riflescope without needing separate base screws. The 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts a suppressor or muzzle brake directly so recoil or sound management does not require a trip to a gunsmith. The redesigned synthetic stock wears Mossy Oak Original Bottomland camouflage with enhanced texturing at the grip and forend for secure handling in wet or gloved conditions. A contoured pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells fills the hand evenly and the adjustable length of pull lets the rifle be tailored to the shooter s build or hunting layers. The left hand configuration puts the bolt handle safety and ejection port on the correct side for left handed shooters removing the compromise of shooting a right hand action. At 6.9 lbs with the two position top tang safety and a rubber recoil pad the Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro is a complete left hand hunting rifle for sale at ARMSAGORA built to perform from the bench to the backcountry.
