Savage Axis 2 Pro 22 Creedmoor 20" Threaded Barrel Bolt Action Rifle

Savage Axis 2 Pro Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro is built around a spiral fluted threaded 20 inch barrel with a 1:8 inch twist rate with the fluting cutting weight while the spiral pattern helps the barrel shed heat during a string of shots. Barrel and receiver are both finished in Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote a coating selected to resist corrosion and scuffing better than standard bluing in rough field conditions. A one-piece 0 MOA Picatinny rail is machined into the receiver giving hunters a ready mounting surface without needing separate scope bases. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger breaks between 2.5 and 6 pounds letting shooters dial in a crisp predictable trigger pull to match their technique. The Savage Western Camo synthetic stock features a redesigned ergonomic profile with enhanced texturing and a contoured pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells for secure handling in variable weather. An adjustable length of pull lets hunters tune the stock to their own build for a consistent cheek weld shot after shot. The detachable box magazine holds 4 rounds for quick reloads in the field and the rubber recoil pad helps manage felt recoil. At 6.9 pounds with a 40.5 inch overall length the Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro in Western Camo is available for sale at ARMSAGORA for open-country hunters who want a tough camo-finished rifle ready for glass.
