Savage Axis 2 Pro 338 ARC 16.5" Threaded Bolt Action Rifle

Savage Axis 2 Pro Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 Pro is built around a spiral fluted threaded 16.5 barrel at a 1:8 twist cutting weight while venting heat and giving the 5/8x24 muzzle a ready platform for a suppressor. The Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote coating on both the barrel and receiver resists wear and the elements far better than a standard bluing. A one-piece 0 MOA Picatinny rail sits atop the receiver putting the rifle on target with an optic from the moment it leaves the box. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets shooters dial in a clean 2.5 to 6 lb break to match their preference. The Savage Woodland Camo synthetic stock carries enhanced texturing and a contoured pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells for a secure hold in any weather. An updated ergonomic bolt handle design improves control when cycling the action and the detachable box magazine holds 4+1 rounds of .338 ARC for quick follow-up shots. At 6.9 lbs the rifle stays light enough for long carries into the backcountry. This Gun Metal Bronze and Savage Woodland Camo .338 ARC rifle is for sale at ARMSAGORA for hunters who want a rugged optics-ready platform built for the field.
