Savage Axis 2 XP Gray 350 Legend 18" Threaded LH Rifle with 3-9x40 Scope

Savage Axis 2 XP Features The Savage Arms Axis 2 XP pairs the straight-wall 350 Legend cartridge with an 18 threaded barrel a length that keeps the rifle short and maneuverable while still delivering solid velocity for this popular hunting round. A 1:16 twist rate is matched specifically to stabilize 350 Legend bullet weights through the bore. The carbon steel receiver and barrel wear a matte black finish giving the rifle a durable low-glare surface suited to field use. Its left-hand action serves southpaw shooters who often have to search harder for a dedicated left-hand bolt gun and the enhanced ergonomic bolt handle makes cycling the action smooth and controlled. The gray synthetic stock features enhanced texturing and a contoured pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells giving a secure hold in wet or cold conditions. Length of pull is user-adjustable letting the rifle be tailored to fit the individual shooter s stature and shooting stance. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger breaks between 2.5 and 6 lbs giving hunters the ability to dial in a lighter crisper pull than many factory triggers offer out of the box. Topped with a factory mounted and boresighted 3-9x40mm duplex scope with fully multi-coated lenses the rifle arrives ready for final zeroing rather than a full optic setup from scratch.
