Description
The Savage Arms AXIS XP Compact Youth is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 400 Legend, designed for young hunters and smaller shooters. It is offered as a bundle with a factory-mounted, bore-sighted 3-9x40mm scope.
The rifle has a 20-inch barrel, a compact frame size, and a matte black finish. It holds 4 rounds in a detachable box magazine. The stock features enhanced texturing and an updated pistol grip with ambidextrous palm swells, and the redesigned bolt handle is intended to improve control in rain or cold weather. The rifle is optics ready.
Chambered in 400 Legend only, so ammunition must match that caliber.
