Description
The Savage Arms AXIS 2 XP Compact is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 243 Winchester, sold as a bundle with a factory-mounted 3-9x40 scope. It is intended for hunting, offering a compact 20-inch barrel and a matte OD Green finish.
The rifle uses a bolt-action design with a 4-round capacity. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger and thread-in headspacing are included. The stock has redesigned ergonomics with enhanced texturing, and the updated bolt handle is designed for control and comfort in rain or cold weather.
The scope is 3-9x magnification with a 40mm objective, fully multi-coated lenses, and tool-less windage and elevation adjustments. It arrives boresighted from the factory.
