Spandau Premier Field 20 Gauge 28" Over/Under Shotgun

Spandau Premier Field Features The Spandau Premier Field is built around a box lock action with selectable firing order giving shooters control over which barrel fires first for different shot presentations on doubles. Mechanical non-inertia triggers ensure reliable ignition regardless of how hard the gun is shouldered or how light the first shot s recoil is an important trait for fast-paced field shooting where a second shot has to go off every time. The Benelli Mobil choke tube system ships with five chokes allowing the 28 barrels to be tuned from tight patterns for pass-shooting waterfowl and long crossing clays to open patterns for close upland flushes in heavy cover. A tang-mounted safety keeps the gun secure between shots without slowing the shooter down when birds flush and its position makes it easy to manipulate under pressure without breaking the cheek weld. Turkish walnut furniture is fitted with a 14 3/8 length of pull giving the Premier Field a traditional look and a stock dimension suited to a range of shooters from newer wingshooters to experienced clays competitors. The stainless steel receiver stands up to field conditions and repeated handling while the gloss blued barrels keep the classic double-gun look shooters expect from a walnut-stocked over/under. The fiber optic front bead offers a bright fast sight picture in variable field lighting compared to a plain bead helping shooters pick up the barrels quickly on flushing birds or fast-moving clays targets. An auto ejector clears spent hulls automatically speeding up reloads during fast wingshooting when a quick follow-up pair matters. At 6.28 pounds the Premier Field carries the light lively feel upland hunters and clays shooters expect from a quality 20 gauge over/under making it easy to carry all day afield and quick to swing on target when the moment counts.
