Description
The Shield Arms PMAG Gen 3 +5 Magazine Extension is a black accessory for AR-15 platform rifles that adds five rounds of capacity to a compatible Magpul PMAG magazine. It is chambered for 223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition.
The extension is machined from billet 6061 aluminum and finished with a Type 2 anodized coating. Its floor plate design allows access to the spring and follower without removing the extension from the magazine body, and it includes index cuts on the extension body. It is designed to work with the original magazine spring.
It fits Magpul PMAG Gen 2 and Gen 3 magazines and is listed as compatible with most aftermarket flared magazine wells.
