Shield Arms Premium Magwell for Glock 17 Gen 6 Black

The Shield Arms Premium Magwell is a competition-grade aluminum magwell built for Gen 6 Glock 17 and Glock 45 full-size pistols. Its enlarged funnel gives the magazine a wider entry at the base of the grip. The result is faster reloads and fewer fumbled insertions when the timer is running and your hands are under pressure. This Glock 17 Gen 6 magwell is CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet and finished in Type II anodizing, which Shield Arms says holds up through thousands of training rounds. A contoured shape and enhanced grip texture give your support hand a more secure hold, improving handling and weapon retention. Installation is drop-in with OEM hardware, so the magwell goes on without fitting at the bench. It runs with OEM Glock magazines and Glock 17+5 pre-installed extensions on Gen 6 frames only. Shield Arms states that Gen 6 frame geometry and mounting differ from earlier models, so Gen 3 through Gen 5 pistols will not fit. Shield Arms also offers a lower-profile Carry Magwell for Gen 6 Glock 17/45.
