Shield Arms Z9 9mm 9-Round Magazine for Glock 43 Starter Kit

The Shield Arms Z9 is a 9-round steel handgun magazine for the Glock 43, sold as a starter kit that includes a replacement magazine catch. It is built around a staggered-round geometry that fits 9 rounds of 9mm Luger within the same overall length and footprint as the standard Glock 43 magazine with pinky extension.

The magazine body is steel with a black PowerCron finish for corrosion resistance. The kit includes a black steel magazine catch and release to replace the factory polymer catch, which the manufacturer states is needed for reliable retention with the steel body. The base pad is removable without tools for cleaning.

Because the grip length matches the standard Glock 43 with pinky extension, holsters and magazine pouches sized for that configuration should remain compatible. The kit is sold as a bundle.
