Shooter's Choice Rust Prevent Corrosion Inhibitor 6 oz Aerosol

Shooter's Choice Rust Prevent is a rust preventative and lubricant in a 6 oz aerosol can, intended for protecting firearm metals during storage and between shooting sessions. The product is designed to displace moisture, penetrate into surfaces, and leave a protective film against rust, corrosion, salt air, pitting, and acids from fingerprints and body contact.

The formula is described as an anti-oxidant, moisture-displacing agent that also provides lubrication on metal surfaces. It is applied by spraying directly onto the metal parts to be protected.

Because it is a general-purpose preservative for firearm metals, it suits steel and other metal components that are exposed to humidity, coastal air, or handling.
