This single sensor provides excellent detail below the boat and excellent high-speed performance above 30 knots. Because it is mounted aft of the cockpit the Airmar B744-V Triducer can be easily removed for periodic inspections and maintenance. The speed insert of the Si-Tex B744V Triducer is easily removed for simple service. The seal on the speed insert is hermetically-closed and the housing is bronze this product will not rot. The housing of the Si-Tex B744V Multi-Sensor is easily-removed for maintenance and storage and features a self-closing valve and fairing thickness that minimizes the water flow into the housing.
