Description
The Sierra MatchKing 22 Caliber 80 Grain HPBT is a reloading bullet for handloaders who assemble their own cartridges. It is a hollow point boat tail design intended for accurate target shooting. This product is a component only and is not loaded ammunition.
The bullet has a nominal weight of 80 grains and a .224 inch diameter. Its construction is listed as lead and copper. The boat tail shape and small meplat are intended to produce a higher ballistic coefficient. Sierra holds the jackets to tight tolerances in diameter and weight.
Each box contains 500 bullets. Load data and powder selection must come from a reliable reloading manual for the specific cartridge being built.
