The Sig Sauer P365 Grip Module with Interchangeable Backstraps is a factory replacement for your X-Macro pistol or P365XL for those looking for a longer grip and higher round count. This module only accepts 17-round X-Macro magazines. Small, medium, and large backstraps can easily be swapped by pushing out a single pin. This allows the shooter to mate the perfect palm swell to their hand. This module fits all P365 FCUs except for manual safety versions. This grip module must be paired with a P365XL slide or X-Macro slide and cannot accept Macro magazines smaller than 17 rounds.
