Description
The Sig Sauer MCX Spear LT IR is a semi-automatic AR-style rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm, built around a modular platform that supports changes in caliber, barrel, and stock. It is intended for users who want a single rifle that can cover a range of roles.
The rifle has a 16-inch barrel with a 1-in-9.5 inch twist rate and an overall length of 34.3 inches. It ships with no iron sights and includes an optic-ready Picatinny top rail. The free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard provides space for lights, lasers, and other accessories. Controls are fully ambidextrous, and the Flat Dark Earth Cerakote finish is applied for corrosion resistance. The rifle includes one 28-round magazine and a collapsible, folding stock.
