Description
The Sightmark SM39020 is a laser bore sighter for the 22-250 Remington and 6.5 Creedmoor calibers. It is chambered like a normal cartridge, and a red laser projects from the bore to show where the rifle is aimed, allowing a rough zero to be set with fewer shots fired.
The unit uses a red laser with a wavelength of 632 to 650 nm and draws less than 5 milliwatts, with roughly one hour of battery life. It works at ranges of 15 to 100 yards and displays a 2-inch dot at 100 yards. The brass outer case is rated for operating temperatures from 14 to 122 degrees F.
The bore sighter is caliber specific and is supplied with a carrying pouch.
