SilencerCo Piston for Octane/Osprey Suppressors 40 S&W 9/16"-24 Stainless

This stainless steel piston is a replacement component for SilencerCo Octane, Osprey, Omega K and Hybrid 46 handgun suppressors. The piston is the part of the Nielsen device that moves to allow semi-automatic cycling, and it carries the female threads that attach the suppressor to the muzzle of the host firearm.

Chambered for 40 S&W, this piston is listed with a 9/16"-24 tpi thread pitch and a stainless finish. It is made of stainless steel, and the raw listing describes the material as 17-4 stainless steel that is heat treated for durability. Pistons can be swapped to suit different host guns or sub-caliber host guns, allowing smaller rounds to be fired through the same suppressor.
