Silent Steel Streamer Safeguard Heat Shield 55mm Carbon Fiber/Steel

Silent Steel Streamer Safeguard Features The Silent Steel Safe-Guard works as a thermal insulator and signature reduction device using an air gap between its carbon fiber outer hull and the suppressor body to keep heat from transferring to the exterior of the shield. When the shooter fires gun blast pressure draws air through the venting holes at the back of the cover creating a cooling airflow across the suppressor that helps manage both temperature and visible mirage. This airflow design means the Safe-Guard stays cool to the touch even as the suppressor underneath reaches extreme temperatures during sustained firing. Built with low thermal transfer materials the shield resists getting hot enough to burn gear or melt gloves when detaching a hot suppressor from the barrel. Despite being very lightweight the Safe-Guard is impact and heat resistant rated to withstand suppressor temperatures exceeding 600 degrees Celsius for short periods. It is compatible with all stainless steel body Quick Detach QD lock and direct thread Streamer family suppressors including the Streamer Compact Streamer Micro Streamer and Heavy Streamer models. The 55mm diameter and carbon fiber and steel construction finished in Cerakote and nitride give the Safe-Guard a durable yet low-profile appearance on the end of a rifle. The Silent Steel Safe-Guard is available for sale at ARMSAGORA for suppressor owners who want protection from burns and reduced signature during extended shooting.
