Description

The Sinclair power center is designed to significantly reduce the time spent on case preparation, allowing more time for shooting and field activities. It transforms the labor-intensive task of case preparation into a straightforward process, ensuring cases are prepared uniformly and efficiently with minimal effort. The Sinclair power center is compact and features a quiet, low RPM motor with sufficient torque to handle the turning of thick case necks without overheating during continuous use. Unlike other motorized case prep units, which are often underpowered, noisy, operate at excessively high RPMs, overheat quickly and have exposed wiring or capacitors, the Sinclair power center is built around a small yet powerful motor. This motor is attached to a gearhead that operates at 200 rpm with a torque rating of 43 in-lb. Although the motor is more powerful than necessary, it was chosen to avoid underperformance. The motor and gearhead are fully enclosed in a vented housing, ensuring no capacitors or wires are exposed. The top-mounted, heavy-duty on/off switch is ergonomically positioned, which is particularly beneficial for neck turning operations that require frequent motor stops for loading and unloading cases. The motor and housing are mounted on a large platform, providing ample clamping surface area. The heavy-duty power cord, measuring six feet, is equipped with a grounded plug. The power center shaft features a 3/8 inches capacity keyless chuck, accommodating nearly every case prep tool available. Common applications include primer pocket uniforming, flash hole deburring, inside case neck cleaning, chamfering and deburring and neck turning. For neck turning operations, it is highly recommended to use Sinclair case drivers in the chuck to securely hold the cases. The Sinclair power center significantly optimizes case preparation efficiency, delivering consistent and expedited outcomes with minimal exertion The device incorporates a robust, low-noise motor equipped with a gearhead operating at 200 rpm and delivering a torque of 43 in-lb, all contained within a vented enclosure Equipped with a 3/8 inches capacity keyless chuck, this tool is compatible with a range of case preparation tools It is ideally suited for tasks such as primer pocket uniforming, flash hole deburring and neck turning
