TIN COATED TURNING MANDREL KIT The Sinclair TiN Coated Turning Mandrel Kit offers you our popular Expander Die along with our most popular sized TiN Coated Turning Mandrels. Turning mandrels are sized 0.002" under bullet diameter and are precision ground from solid carbide stock to yield the tightest tolerances. Originally used for neck turning, these mandrels have also been very popular for setting neck tension and keeping concentricity. The TiN Mandrels are great for those who want increased resistance to abrasion over our Stainless Steel mandrels.
