Smith & Wesson Model 12-2 Airweight 38 Special 2" 6-Round Revolver

The Smith & Wesson Model 12-2 Airweight is a classic, lightweight, six-shot snub-nosed revolver built on the famous K-frame platform. Introduced as a lighter alternative to the steel Model 10, the Model 12 features an aluminum alloy frame that significantly reduces carrying weight while maintaining a full six-round capacity. The "-2" engineering dash variant, produced from approximately 1962 to 1977, is highly regarded by collectors and vintage firearm enthusiasts for its historic design and comfortable carry profile.
