Smith &Wesson ~ Model 17-4 K-22 Masterpiece ~ .22 Long Rifle

This is a beautiful example of the S&W Model 17-4 K-22 Masterpiece revolver, chambered in .22 long rifle, manufactured circa 1980. It features a 6-inch pinned heavy barrel, recessed chambers, hammer-mounted firing pin, deep blue finish, adjustable rear sight, Patridge front sight, and traditonal Magna-style stocks with S&W medallions. This revolver is in excellent overall condition with only minor handling marks and light surface scratches. The cylinder shows little to no turn line, further reflecting it's exceptionally well-preserved condition. The bore is clean and bright, with well-defined rifling. The action operates smoothly and the cylinder locks up tightly. Especially notable is the blue Smith & Wesson factory box with its handwritten label matching the serial number and configuration. Also included are the user manual, warranty card, authorized service center lists, S&W ammo and holster brochures, cleaning rod with brush and swab, screwdriver, and period-style brown protective wrapping paper.
