The Smith & Wesson Magazine Base Pad Catch is for High Capacity magazines in 9mm Luger, 357 Sig and 40 S&W. The catch will hold the factory basepad in place and is designed for those basepads with a square notch. This Smith & Wesson factory part may require Disassembly and Assembly to replace it. Some parts may require installation and fitting by a qualified gunsmith. Factory replacement parts are manufactured to the exact same specifications and tolerances and use the same manufacturing materials as the original parts.
