Smith &Wesson ~ 28-2 Highway Patrolman ~ .357 Mag

(SKU: 5328751) The Smith & Wesson Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman chambered in .357 Magnum is a classic N-frame revolver that remains in very good overall condition, showing an attractive original blued finish and wood grips. This example appears well cared for, with only light handling wear visible. Included with the revolver are the original box, factory papers, and tools, adding to its collectibility and appeal for both shooters and S&W enthusiasts. Introduced in 1954, the Smith & Wesson Highway Patrolman was designed as a more affordable counterpart to the prestigious Model 27 while retaining the same robust N-frame and .357 Magnum performance. The Model 28-2 variation was produced from 1961 through 1982, and serial number N151195 places this revolver's manufacture in the early 1970s, approximately 1973.
