Smith & Wesson K-22 Outdoorsman 22 LR Revolver

This revolver meets the description of a K-22 Outdoorsman. The square-butt walnut grips are very slim, and there is a grip adapter installed. This has a standard width trigger and hammer, so it was not built as a target pistol.
