SMITH &WESSON ~ 629-1 ~ .44 MAGNUM

This stainless-steel large N-frame double-action revolver was manufactured approximately in 19851986. As a -1 variant it has an unpinned barrel and non-recessed chambers. It is set up as a hunting revolver, able to fire "full-boat" .44 Magnum hunting loads, or, if you prefer, lower recoil .44 Special loads. The finish is good, and there is no discernable rust or other defects. This is outfitted with the highly recommended rubber grips for taming the recoil.
