Introduced in 1964, the Model 57 was developed as Smith & Wesson's premium sporting and hunting revolver built on the robust N-frame and designed around the then-new .41 Magnum cartridge. This example appears to be in very good overall condition, retaining an attractive bright nickel finish with strong shine and only light handling marks visible from normal use. The wood target stocks remain in good condition with clean checkering and only minor wear. Comes with a wood case.
