Our cold smoke plate is perfect for when you want a smoked flavor, without the heat! Infuse vegetables with a smoked flavor for smokin' hot salsa, or smoke your favorite cheese to perfection. Pasta, nuts, seafood, soft and hard cheeses, fruits, and vegetables are all great choices for cold smoking! Cold smoke plates are stainless steel and insulated to create a thermal barrier between the heating element and your food. Place the cold smoke plate just above the heating element, and your foods on the grill racks or seafood racks above. This cold smoke plate will fit SmokinTex smokers.
