The SOG Adventurer LB is a folding knife with a 3.5-inch drop point blade, intended for everyday carry and general utility tasks. The blade is made from 5Cr15MoV steel that has been cryo treated and given a satin finish, offering corrosion and stain resistance with moderate toughness and good edge retention. The blade is easy to sharpen.
The handle is glass reinforced nylon with a textured surface for a secure grip, and the knife uses a lock back mechanism that holds the blade open and prevents accidental closure in the pocket. The deep carry pocket clip is ambidextrous. The Adventurer LB is offered in gray with a black TiNi finish.
