Description
The SOG Diverge XR is a folding knife with a 3-inch sheepsfoot blade, suited to everyday carry and general utility tasks. The sheepsfoot profile has a straight cutting edge and a blunt, rounded spine, which keeps the tip from digging in during slicing.
The blade is made from D2 tool steel, a material chosen for edge retention and wear resistance, and finished in PVD coating. The handle is 6061 aluminum with a textured, non-slip grip and an ergonomic shape. The knife uses SOG's XR locking mechanism to hold the blade firmly open, and it has ambidextrous thumb studs for opening from either hand.
The knife comes with a pocket clip and is offered in a Forest Green color.
