The Spartan Omega AR500 plate provides the operator with Level III protection in accordance with NIJ0101.06 standards. As with all other body armor sold by Spartan Armor Systems, Spartan Omega AR500 body armor has been independently tested and verified by an independent NIJ credentialed laboratory.
