Description
The Speer Gold Dot .400 Caliber 165 grain jacketed hollow point is a handgun bullet intended for reloading .40 S&W ammunition. It is the same bullet design used in Speer's Gold Dot factory loads, offered here in bulk for handloaders.
The bullet has a 165 grain weight, a lead core and a copper jacket, and is constructed as a jacketed hollow point. The bonded-core design is intended to hold the core and jacket together during expansion, which is the main feature handloaders select it for.
Each box contains 100 bullets. These are reloading components only and are not loaded cartridges, so they require suitable powder, primers and cases to be assembled into .40 S&W rounds.
