Description
This complete AR-15 upper receiver assembly is built around a 16-inch barrel and is intended for use on mil-spec AR-15 rifles. It is supplied without sights and is optic ready, so it can be fitted with the sighting system of your choice.
The barrel is cold hammer forged from chrome-moly vanadium steel with a 1:7 twist rate and a chrome-lined 5.56x45mm NATO chamber, which also accepts 223 Remington ammunition. The upper includes a carbine-length gas system with a low-profile gas block, a 9-inch mid-length free-float quad rail handguard, and a mil-spec M16 bolt carrier group. The receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with a black phosphate finish.
The package includes the upper assembly with handguard only; magazines are not included.
