SPRINGFIELD ARMORY ~ M1A ~ .308 WIN

The Springfield M1A is a civilian version of the military M14, a semi-auto rifle patterned after the M1 Garand, but featuring a detachable magazine and chambered for .308 Winchester. Most the rifle is blacked steel, the barrel is a stainless steel match grade. These rifles were made for National Match competitions, and this one shows it. It was manufactured late 1997 or early '98, and shows little use but a bit of firing residue. Nice rifle.
