Description
The Spyderco Harpy Clipit is a folding knife built around a hawkbill blade, a profile whose curved edge draws material into the cut after the point pierces it. This plain-edge version has a 2.75-inch hollow-ground blade of VG-10 stainless steel with a satin finish, paired with a solid stainless steel handle in silver.
The knife is intended for cutting netting, rope, cord, and webbing. Its Trademark Round Hole allows one-handed opening with either hand, and a back lock mechanism holds the blade open in use. The Harpy can be carried tip-up or tip-down on either side of the body.
A drying vent and shackle key are included in the handle construction.
