Description
The Spyderco Sage 5 Lightweight is a folding knife with a 3-inch drop point blade and a satin finish, designed for everyday carry and general utility tasks. Its injection-molded FRN handle scales reduce overall weight and feature a Bi-Directional Texture pattern for improved grip.
The blade is made from CPM SPY27 steel, a particle metallurgy stainless steel developed with Crucible Industries. SPY27 builds on the composition of VG-10 stainless steel with additional alloys. The full-flat-ground blade is secured by a Compression Lock mechanism. This blue colorway is the Lightweight version of the Sage 5 design.
