ST ETIENNE~MLE1866-74~UNLABELED CALIBER

For your consideration we have a St Etienne MLE1866-74. This classic rifle is in good shape considering the age of the rifle with just the typical wear of a very old rifle. The action still works really well. Originally build during the Second French Empire as a MLE1866 Chassepot, the rifle was upgraded to the MLE1871 Gras, and then later to the improved M. 80 version which this rifle is. The caliber is not stamped on this rifle but was manufactured for the 11x59mm R.
