With the new QD Modular Selector Switch also comes an adjustable switch angle. The selector/switch has three holes to select from each with +/- 25 degrees between each hole for micro adjustment. To install the QD MSS (assuming you're starting from a stripped receiver with only the trigger installed) first insert the selector barrel into the receiver. Because the selector shaft is spring load all you need to do to install a second switch on the opposite side or an endcap is to depress the center of the selector with your finger or a punch and drop the end cap/switch onto the other side. While still depressing the center of the selector on the initial side rotate the oval piece so that it's flush with the pocket and drops in. To uninstall the steps are similar. Depress the selector's shaft and rotate the oval piece that sticks out on the other side and let the retaining piece fall out. Once you let go of the side that was being pushed in you can remove the selector shaft and the switches on both sides. Note: Selector barrel features 60/90 angles.
