Alone the MOD2 Stock is an already tough and minimalist style carbine stock. Combined with the new modular MOD2 Bar it becomes a more traditional style of crane stock making it an even more robust solution. To attach the MOD2 Stock Storage Bar simply hook in via the front of the bar into your MOD2 Stock and use a threaded pin screw to secure the bar towards the rear of the MOD2 Stock. The inside of the Bar can accommodate for CR123A 18650 18350 AA and AAA batteries. Included in the packaging is foam rod which you can cut to size to firmly secure for example if you only wanted to store one 18650 battery without any unwanted rattling. There are also 1mm circular rubber pads included which can be used to separate multiple batteries in the storage bar to prevent them from short circuiting. This Bar is made of aluminum so it will conduct electricity therefore use of the rubber pad dividers is highly recommended. Of course it can fit a respectable amount of skittles as well. The Storage Bar's main compartment was designed to be water proof and weather sealed with an o-ring and tight screw on cap to protect your spare batteries. However at the top of the Bar there is also a section where you can store miscellaneous items such as an emergency stash of Zyn. Please note that this section is not weather sealed.
