A rear seal minimizes carbon build-up in the indexing system keeping the SOCOM mounting interface clean for easier suppressor removal even after repeated firing sessions without disassembly. The .308/7.62mm muzzle device and suppressor adapter is compatible with Armalite AR-10 DPMS LR-308 and 7.62mm rifles with 5/8x24 muzzle threads and mounts SureFire SOCOM Series 7.62mm suppressors via quick-detach Fast-Attach engagement for rapid suppressor deployment and removal without tools or permanent modifications to the host rifle.
