Description

New for 2025, Swarovski gave their popular Z5 riflescope series a full complement of upgrades with the Z5+. Available in 2-10x42mm, 3.5-18x50mm, and 5-25x56mm configurations, the Z5+ now boasts a larger 30mm tube. The result is significantly more adjustment range without adding any significant weight. On models equipped with the new ballistic turret, this translates to 3x greater adjustment. The ballistic turret itself is easy to set up, can be configured to your personal preferences, and features a features a 2-screw zero stop. Other new features of the Z5+ include new reticle options: the BRS and the BRW. Both options feature a bullet drop compensation system, but unlike other BDC reticles that are difficult to use and can obscure the target, the BRS and BRW are simple, uncomplicated, and provide a clean, unobstructive field of view. Additionally, the Z5+ is available with classic reticles such as the PLEX and 4W. All versions of the Z5+ utilize MOA-based reticles and MOA-based turrets. The differences are exclusively in the Reticle Details:70101 - Plex: This is a classic, non-illuminated duplex-style reticle. It is a simple, clean design with thick outer posts that narrow to a fine crosshair in the center. It's a popular choice for traditional hunting where the shooter primarily dials for elevation or holds over using the center of the crosshairs.70100 - BRS: This stands for Ballistic Reticle System. It is a specialized, non-illuminated reticle with holdover marks on the vertical crosshair. These marks are designed to help with bullet drop compensation (BDC) at various distances without the need to adjust the turret.70103 - BRW: This stands for Ballistic Reticle Wind. Like the BRS, it has holdover marks for bullet drop, but it also features a series of additional horizontal hash marks or dots on the main horizontal crosshair. These are specifically designed to help the shooter make corrections for windage.
