The Talley 1-Piece Picatinny Scope Base is a one-piece aluminum mount for attaching a scope to a Savage Axis rifle. Its matte black anodized finish is designed to resist wear and match the rifle's finish.
The base is machined from aluminum and fastens with 8-40 screws, the thread pitch used on the Savage Axis. The Picatinny rail provides multiple slots, so the shooter can choose where the scope sits along the rail. It accepts Picatinny rings and most Weaver-style rings. The overall length is 7.4 inches.
