Tapco Rifle Brush .30 Caliber Nylon Red 2-Pack

Tapco Rifle Brush Features The Tapco Rifle Brush is constructed around a tightly wound brass core that holds the bristles securely in place through repeated use preventing the brush from losing its shape or shedding bristles prematurely. The red nylon bristles are oversized and extra thick compared to standard bore brushes giving the brush more surface contact with the bore for faster fouling removal. This thicker stiffer bristle grade is specifically suited to back and forth scrubbing motion which breaks up carbon and copper fouling more aggressively than a pass through only brush. Sized for .30 caliber rifles the brush threads onto any standard cleaning rod for straightforward use during routine maintenance. Because fouling builds up differently depending on round count and ammunition type having a brush on hand that can handle heavier buildup without wearing out quickly saves time during cleaning sessions. The two pack format means a backup brush is always available which is useful since nylon bristles will eventually wear down with heavy use. These brushes work with the cleaning solvents and chemicals shooters already use as part of their maintenance routine requiring no special gear beyond a standard rod and handle. For anyone maintaining a .30 caliber rifle on a regular basis this is a simple reliable consumable to keep in the range bag.
