Description
The Taran Tactical Firepower Base Pad is a machined aluminum magazine base pad for Glock full-size double stack magazines. It is designed to work with the stock magazine spring to add capacity without requiring any modifications to the firearm.
The base pad has a hard anodized finish in red and weighs 1.6 oz. Its one-piece construction uses a push pin attachment that installs and removes without specialty tools, leaving no small parts to lose during disassembly. Added weight at the base is intended to help the magazine drop free more readily.
It fits Glock 17, 17L, 19X, 22, 24, 34, 35 and 45 full-size double stack magazines and increases capacity by 5 or 6 rounds, depending on caliber. It is available in 9mm Luger and .40 S&W.
