A patented proven push pin design keeps the base pad securely attached to the magazine while allowing toolless installation and removal when needed. This base pad includes a spring rated 10 percent stronger than stock giving shooters the extra tension needed to reliably feed the added capacity. The slimmer profile reduces added bulk and weight compared to bulkier extended base pads on the market. Added weight at the base of the magazine helps the magazine drop free more consistently during a reload a critical factor for competitive shooters chasing faster split times.
