Description
The Taurus Raging Hunter is a big-bore double-action/single-action revolver built for short to medium-range hunting and general use. It is chambered for 357 Magnum and also fires 38 Special, and its 8.37-inch barrel and matte black oxide finish are its defining features.
The revolver has a fixed front and adjustable rear sight, a 7-round cylinder, and a stainless steel frame. It weighs 3.7 pounds and measures 15 inches overall. Its ported barrel is intended to reduce muzzle lift for faster follow-up shots, and it includes a transfer bar safety and a dual lockup cylinder. Cushioned insert grips are fitted for control.
