Taurus 44 Standard 44 Rem Mag 8.37" Stainless Ported Revolver 6-Round

The Taurus 44 Standard is a large-frame double-action/single-action revolver chambered in 44 Magnum, built for shooters who want six rounds of full-power ammunition in a stainless steel package. It is intended for range shooting, hunting, and defensive use.

The 8.37-inch barrel is ported to reduce muzzle flip and felt recoil. The revolver has a matte stainless finish, a fixed front sight with an adjustable rear sight, and a right-hand configuration. It weighs 3.56 pounds and measures 13.75 inches overall. The barrel is not threaded and the frame is not optics ready.

The revolver ships with a built-in Taurus Security System that is engaged with a key inserted into a button on the frame. When engaged, the revolver cannot be fired or cocked.
